Our Journey
Admin Army was founded in 2016 by Irene Bennetts, with a clear vision to build something that didn’t require her to work in the business. A machine, yes. But one designed with clarity, accountability, and human-centred systems from the start, so she could focus on the business, on strategy, growth, and what comes next.
In 2020, we joined Streamline Business Group, giving us the infrastructure, shared services, and operational backbone to grow with intent. A year later, we carved Payroll into its own specialist service line, because “I can do payroll” isn’t the same as delivering it with expertise. Your people deserve precision, not guesswork, and their pay shouldn’t be left to chance. We also launched our Accounting Practice Support team, enabling firms to expand their core delivery through a high-trust partner. Our focus is on getting the work done right, at pace, with a level of precision and consistency that matches the best of what’s delivered locally.
In 2024, we expanded into the Australian market, bringing that same model to firms who need capability, not hand-holding. We’re now actively preparing for UK expansion, building on what works and exporting it with purpose.
