Established in 2024, it was created to consolidate resources across the Group and deliver lower cost, lower risk, and higher speed of execution. Our Journey
Initially conceived as an internal cost-management mechanism, S3 was spun out of the Group to bring structure, transparency, and defensibility to intercompany services.
